This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how BLESK INC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit goblesk.com, interact with our advertisements, book or attend a consultation, purchase our Services, or otherwise engage with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

We collect personal information in the following categories:
• Identifiers and contact data: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, Telegram username, time zone, country/state, IP address, device identifiers.
• Commercial information: products or services viewed, booked, purchased; order history; payment confirmations (we do not store full card numbers — payment is processed by Stripe).
• Internet or network activity: pages visited, referral URLs, session timing, clicks, form-submission data, cookie and pixel identifiers (including the Meta Pixel).
• Audio, visual, or similar information: photographs or screenshots voluntarily submitted during consultation calls for input into our AI tools; recordings of group sessions if you choose to attend.
• Inferences and preferences: inferences we may draw about your interests for marketing and content personalization.
• Communications content: messages you send us by email, SMS, Telegram, or web form, including any answers you provide in our intake forms or on diagnostic calls.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, precise geolocation, genetic data, or biometric identifiers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
We collect information directly from you (forms, calls, chats, purchases), automatically from your device (cookies, pixels, log files), and from third-party providers (advertising platforms, payment processors, communications/CRM vendors).
• To provide, deliver, and support the Services, including granting access to Custom GPTs, Telegram communities, and group sessions.
• To book, remind about, reschedule, and follow up on consultation calls.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To operate, improve, and secure the Services and our internal systems.
• To send transactional communications (e.g., booking confirmations, receipts, schedule changes).
• To send marketing communications, subject to your consent where required, with opt-out available at any time.
• To personalize your experience and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
• To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our legal rights.
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
• Service providers / processors: Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI tools; please review OpenAI’s policies for ChatGPT and Custom GPTs), Telegram (community delivery), Zoom or equivalent (video calls), GoHighLevel (CRM, email, and SMS), email delivery vendors, hosting, analytics, and support vendors.
• Advertising partners: Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram). The Meta Pixel on our website collects and transmits browsing data to Meta for measurement and advertising.
• Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under confidentiality obligations.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Legal: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of California law (CCPA/CPRA) via the Meta Pixel and similar tools; you may opt out as described in Section 10.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for necessary site operation, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser. On first visit, you will see a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting non-essential cookies may affect functionality.
The Services are intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and consent to transfer of your data to and processing in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consultation photographs collected during diagnostic calls are used briefly for Service demonstration and then deleted from Company systems, subject to any retention by OpenAI per its policies. Call recordings, where made, are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is required by law.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, but no system is 100% secure. Report any suspected incident to [email protected].
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; opt out of targeted advertising / cross-context behavioral advertising; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and other states grant similar rights under their respective laws.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected] with subject “Privacy Rights Request.” We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may also designate an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): our website honors the GPC signal as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time, except as described above for GPC.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations, booking reminders) may continue even after opting out of marketing.
When you interact with our Custom GPTs, your inputs are transmitted to and processed by OpenAI on OpenAI’s infrastructure. OpenAI’s handling of those inputs is governed by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policies, not by the Company. Do not submit to any Custom GPT any information you consider sensitive, confidential, or private that you are not comfortable sharing with OpenAI.
The Services are intended for users 21+ and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] for deletion.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version.

The Services are not diagnostic tools. No output of any Custom GPT should be interpreted as a medical or psychological diagnosis, a prediction, or a prescription.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, safety, or fitness for any purpose of AI output. Inputs you submit are processed by OpenAI; do not submit sensitive personal data.
